Why we walk

Discovering Where God Already Is
Prayer isn’t about changing God’s mind — it’s about joining what He’s already doing. When we walk the streets of Price Hill, we’re not bringing God to our neighborhood; we’re discovering where He’s already at work. This is more than a walk. It’s a practice of slowing down, listening, and staying present — letting the Holy Spirit guide our steps rather than following a fixed plan. It’s Sabbath in motion, not performance. We’re not building an empire; we’re building community, one relationship at a time.
Change Starts on the Streets You Walk
If we want to see change in the world, it starts on the streets we already walk — and it’s not always convenient. Real love shows up again and again, for as long as it takes to see transformation. Every prayer walk is a small step toward something bigger: an ordinary person choosing to be present for their community in a different way.
You Don’t Need a Title — Just Faithfulness
You don’t need a title to lead here — just faithfulness. Your story, your background, whatever you’ve walked through, is exactly what equips you to build bridges across race, class, and culture, and to be a witness to what God is doing. Whatever has kept you quiet — even for years — may be the very thing God wants to use. Stepping into the arena starts with a walk down your own street.
